Refund Policy

We strive to make our refund process as simple and fair as possible. Here are some additional details about our policy:

• Unused Credits: Credits from a one-off pack that haven't been used for image generation are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Monthly Plans: Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep access, and the credits already granted, until then and afterwards. A refund of the current period is available where that period's credits are unused; earlier periods are not refundable, because those credits never expired and remain on your balance. If you are in the EU or UK and cancel within 14 days of first subscribing without having generated anything, contact us and we'll refund in full.
• Technical Issues: If you experience problems with image generation, we'll first attempt to resolve the issue. If we can't fix it, we'll provide replacement credits or a refund.
• Processing Time: Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, though your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
